Uncrowded Hollow Waves in SoCal?

This wave is a lot heavier than it looks.

Can you paddle to this wave or is there a good reason it is uncrowded?
you can paddle there.....it might be a long paddle
That wave is heavier than it looks? But I thought the camera adds 10 pounds?
