Will is a unique pro surfer. Most guys surf competitions or they simply go on surf trips and get heavy mag exposure. Will falls into the later category but he usually ties his surf trips in with a mission trip. He went on the Wave of Compassion boat trip (be sure to check out the second video clip of the trip on Surfline), and more recently he traveled to La Chureca, Nicaragua at the edge of Lake Nicaragua. Check out the interview with Will about the trip. They were there to help out the locals living off this dump and hopefully score some surf. Check out these photos of the adverse living conditions.

One man's trash is another man's treasure



Most recently he stole away for a short trip down to Mainland Mexico where he did a little mission work on himself inside the barrel of a flawless beach break.
